Madrid, Feb 21 (.).- The Alternative Fixed Income Market (MARF) of Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (MC:) has registered the debt issuance program of the Aachen securitization fund for a maximum amount of 150 million euros, according to a press release.
The debt to be issued by Aachen “will be subscribed by the ICO and other qualified investors” and “it is expected that these issues will have a credit rating of “A1” by Moody’s and “AA-” by Axesor”.
Intermoney Titulización is the managing entity of the Aachen fund and its adviser registered with the MARF, while in this operation it has acted as financial agent, payment agent and accounts bank. Santander Bank (MC:), while Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has legally advised the managing entity in the registration of the program.
The Aachen securitization fund is promoted at the initiative of the Reciprocal Guarantee Societies (SGR) and its resources are used to offer Spanish SMEs and the self-employed alternatives that allow them to diversify their sources of financing.
