Almost one month after the first rumor concerning the probable technical specifications of Sony Xperia 1 IV, in these hours the always reliable leaker @OnLeaks has published the very first leak on the net that shows the 360 ° and high resolution renderings of Sony’s long-awaited high-end Android smartphone.
Based on the first information published on the net, we discover that the design of Sony Xperia 1 IV will most likely be similar (or inspired) to that of the Sony Xperia 1 III model. Also this time, if the leak turns out to be spot on, the Japanese giant will choose to go against the trend of all Android smartphones by avoiding mounting a punch hole type front camera.
Some render leaks reveal Sony Xperia 1 IV at 360 °
Sony Xperia 1 IV, in fact, as you can see from the images in the body of the article, will most likely have a visible but well optimized upper frame in which the front camera and probably the other sensors (including the brightness and proximity sensors) will be placed. .
Sony’s device should have dimensions equal to 164.7 x 70.8 x 8.3 mm (9.5 mm if we consider the small bump rear camera) and a full metal frame with rounded ends. On the right side, various physical buttons are clearly visible: the power button (with integrated fingerprint sensor), the volume rocker and the ever-present (and appreciated) physical button for the system camera.
On the lower portion the USB Type-C port with the trolley for the SIM are clearly visible, while on the opposite short side we note the presence of the hole for the 3.5 mm audio jack. According to the leak information, Sony Xperia 1 IV will mount a 6.5-inch flato panel almost certainly at 4K resolution, while as regards the rear camera it is possible to notice a triple composition with two “standard” sensors accompanied almost certainly by a periscopic lens – unfortunately we have no information on the resolution of the lenses.
There are no further details on the device such as the price and the launch window, but we plan to learn more information on the smartphone over the next few weeks.
