At the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Huawei has just announced the Super Device for the Smart Office, a feature that greatly improves connectivity and collaboration between supported terminals.
This feature is used to create a truly innovative ecosystem in the Huawei home, in order to allow a super connected and smart user experience; we find five pivotal scenarios: Health & Fitness, Easy Travel, Smart Office, Entertainment, Smart Home.
How does Huawei’s Super Device work?
Pier Giorgio Furcas, Deputy General Manager of Huawei CBG Italia, defined it as follows:
The Super Device is a concept that goes beyond the individual functionality of the ecosystem products. The result of the commitment of recent years of R&D, the Super Device is a solution that brings the experience of individual Huawei devices to the maximum, to meet the renewed needs of consumers in different life scenarios. Such an integrated collaboration between hardware and software, and between different devices, allows a complete smart office experience. Huawei is moving fast to provide professionals with the right means to meet the ways of working of the future, heralding a new approach that will require the total integration of all devices to unleash creativity and communicate better.
Huawei Smart Office: the exclusive features of the Super Device
The collaboration between multiple devices serves to make the connection between them ever more fluid and immediate. In 2018 the company released OneHop, in 2020 the Multi-Screen Collaboration and now, Super Device inside the Smart Office. All of the company’s products can work in unison as a single device.
It is available on Huawei PCs with a new interface in the Control Center and allows immediate access to the phone’s images and files; great for presentations.
- With Pop-Up Pairing, the PC can also quickly connect to Huawei’s wireless earphones, Bluetooth speakers, mouse and keyboard, and the brand’s printers.
- Let’s not forget Super Multi-tasking; once connected to the entire ecosystem, the phone will also be reachable from any desktop window.
- In addition, with Multi-Screen Collaboration, up to three mobile apps can be opened on the computer, thus offering a multi-tasking experience.
- Super Co-creation: even the tablet is recognized as an external unit but connected, improving its integration with the laptop.
- Finally, users will be able to connect Huawei PCs to MateView monitors by enjoying the Mirror and Extend features.
