Down on Wednesday for Indra shares, which this morning have reached 8.35 euros intraday with decreases of 9.7% on the stock market today. With them, Indra’s titles are placed as the most bearish of the session.
The cuts in Indra’s share price come after learning that the company’s Council of Ministers has authorized the State Industrial Participation Company (SEPI) to grow up to 28% in Indra’s capital.
This means that the public company will buy approximately an additional 10% of the Spanish technology company, of which it is already a reference shareholder.
“This decision responds to the State’s renewed commitment to a company that has recently taken on challenges of special importance for the interests of our country and our closest allies”, justifies the president of SEPI, Ana BelĂ©n Gualda, in her notification to the Commission National Securities Market (CNMV).
