Realme GT Neo 3: images and specifications of the new smartphone
The new Realme GT Neo 3 was sighted in TENAA database with two different model numbers (RMX3560 and RMX3562). The images of the TENAA certification, which you find attached in the gallery below, show us the complete design of the new series of Realme smartphones, confirming the rumors and, above all, the renders that have appeared online in recent days.
These images confirm us a design solution, all in all, in line with the recent Realme productions. In fact, in the back, the smartphone has a triple camera with a larger sensor and two support sensors. According to rumors that have appeared online in recent days, the smartphone should integrate a 50 Megapixel Sony IMX766 main sensor supported by an 8 Megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 2 Megapixel sensor for macros.
In the front, however, there will be space for a 16 Megapixel front camera. It should be noted that the front sensor is always enclosed in the hole of the display which, however, moves from the left corner now assuming a central position. The second variant of the smartphone may have some differences to the photographic sector. It will be necessary to wait for the next few weeks to find out more.
To complete the technical specifications of the new Realme smartphone we will find a 6.7-inch OLED display featuring a panel with Full HD + resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The dimensions will be 163.3 × 75.6 × 8.2 mm with a weight of 188 grams. To manage the operation of the future Realme GT Neo 3 there will be the MediaTek 8100 SoCone of the upcoming additions to the MediaTek line-up.
A previous report, however, anticipates the presence of the Snapdragon 888. The allocation of RAM and storage will be, as usual, full-bodied (8/12 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of storage). As for the battery, the RMX3560 model will feature a 4,500 mAh battery while the second variant will go up to 5,000 mAh. Probably the presence of the 65 W Super Dart fast charging support. The new smartphone should have a glass rear body. To complete the data sheet we will find the 3.5 mm audio jack and a fingerprint sensor positioned below the display.
When does the new Realme GT Neo 3 arrive?
Realme’s new smartphone is still several months away. The brand is expected to announce the new GT Neo 3 series in the course of second quarter of 2022, probably around the month of June. The debut in Europe, therefore, could only be set for the second half of the year, several weeks after the launch for the Indian market, an important reference for the brand. The first rumors on prices (for India) anticipate a starting price list equal to the equivalent of 300 euros. Considering the prices of GT Neo 2, however, in Europe we will probably start from 450 euros. We will know more over the next few weeks.
