Great news for owners of Xiaomi 11T Pro who are waiting impatiently to be able to “taste” Android 12: the Xiaomi developer team has kicked off the release of the update that brings with it MIUI 13, the company’s customized interface based on the latest version of Google’s mobile operating system.
Xiaomi 11T Pro is one of the first smartphones of the Chinese giant to receive this update, which at the moment is not available for the “younger brother” Xiaomi 11T (for which the manufacturer maintains a separate development line).
Xiaomi 11T Pro receives the update with MIUI 13 and Android 12
The software version of the update that brings Android 12 to this Xiaomi smartphone is the V13.0.1.0.SKDMIXMthe “weight” of the update is 3.4 GB and the security patches are those relating to January 2022. These are all the details of the update, including the link to download the relevant file:

As always, the new software version has now been made available to a small group of users, so that any relevant bugs can be identified (and resolved) before a general release.
When the update is available for your model, it can be downloaded and installed directly from your smartphone. The most impatient can also carry out a manual search by going to the section dedicated to updates in the settings menu.
