Therefore, those who now need to redeem it because they do not have the paper version of the Green Certificate with them, and not even a screenshot available, will therefore have to wait for the problem to be solved.
At the time of this writing, the same problem is being encountered also on the IO app in case you try to access the Green Pass. “It was not possible to retrieve your certificate data: try again” is the message that is presented, with the invitation to wait underneath because “It could be due to a temporary problem”.
It is impossible for now to know when it will be possible again access your Green Pass onapp IO or on official web page. But as soon as we have new information about it, we will communicate it to you as an update in this article.
