LG announced it stop to the production of solar panels: the decision was approved by the Board of Directors. There are various reasons behind this choice, starting with difficulties in the market segment up to the increase in competition and the cost of raw materials.
In any case, support for customers who have chosen LG will continue, as will the production of the panels until the second quarter of this year (until June 30th). As for employees, those who do not continue their careers at LG will receive support and one liquidation commensurate with the job performed.
In the future, LG will leverage his experience in the field of renewable energy to propose energy management solutions and other projects not yet announced.
