Official Oppo Find X5 and X5 Lite: the younger brothers not to be underestimated at all

Alongside Find X5 Pro, Oppo presents today too Find X5 and X5 Litethus creating a trio of smartphones that are more diverse than their name suggests.

Just like the Pro model, the Oppo Find X5 features the MariSilicon Xa proprietary NPU (unit for neural computation), which allows in particular one night recording of the highest level (4K Ultra Night Video). The company’s promises are sharper frames, exceptional color reproduction, with defined frames like those of a photo, even at night, when the challenge becomes more difficult. Also note that the main and wide-angle cameras use the same sensor by Sony, IMX766, mounted on different lenses in order to have a different focal length. However, this should ensure a great shooting uniformity between the two sensors, making it actually more homogeneous the steps from one to the other in the videos. Oppo also emphasizes the stabilization of the main camera, “one of a kind”, which we had already talked about a few months ago and in a recent leak related to Find X5.

Oppo Find X5 Lite is clearly the much cheaper version of the almost homonymous models, with a completely different photographic sector, which focuses on “professional portraits”, even with video bokeh flarerather than night vision.

Also changes the processor, the display changes (which, however, always remains a very welcome AMOLED): in short, we are faced with a smartphone that, from a technical point of view, with Find X5 and X5 Pro has almost only the name in common, not like the Samsung S22 series, which presents greater uniformity among all its members. Not that there is anything wrong, mind you: on the contrary, this is how Oppo’s offer appears more diversifiedeven by price range.

Among other things, do not underestimate the design of Find X5 Lite, because the coloring that you can appreciate at the opening seems particularly eye-catchingbut there is also a darker version, which you can find illustrated below.

The Find X5 series will be available in Italy in March, at the price of € 999.99 for Find X5 and € 499.99 for Find X5 Lite. Significantly different prices, further proof of what has just been said about their heterogeneity.
