After presenting the Redmi K50 Gaming last week, we know that Xiaomi is working on other smartphones in the series Redmi K50 and, just yesterday, the renders of the Redmi K50 Pro. Today, in this relentless succession of rumors, we come into possession of the renders of a third member of the same family: the Redmi K50 “smooth”.
To spread these renderings in very high definition is the portal Bestopediain conjunction with the usual Steve McFly (known as OnLeaks).
The renders of Redmi K50 reveal its secrets
From these renderings it is possible to appreciate how the smartphone will be equipped with a 6.6 ”flat display, with a slightly pronounced chin and front camera set in a central hole, located in the upper part of the smartphone.
Scrolling through the gallery, the renderings of the rear part arrive: on the back it is possible to see the triple camera contained in a square module (with sensors positioned in a triangle inside a circle) and immediately below is the LED flash. The photographic compartment protrudes slightly.
If in the lower part of the smartphone there will be the USB Type-C port, the main microphone and the speaker grill, in the upper part there will be a second microphone (for noise cancellation) and the IR transmitter (typical of Xiaomi smartphones). To underline the absence of the 3.5 mm audio jack, as above Redmi K50 Gaming.
The left side of the smartphone will be “clean”, because both the volume rocker and the on-off key (containing the fingerprint reader) will be located on the right side.
Below, here is a video that shows the Redmi K50 in 360 °.
Specifications expected for the Redmi K50
Although we are not talking about official specifications, the expected specifications for the Redmi K50 indicate the possible presence of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 by Qualcomm to move everything, with variants from 6 GB of RAM and 64GB of internal memory or 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory.
The photographic sector should consist of a 64 MP main camera (whether it is the Sony IMX686 as for the Redmi K50 Gaming?), An 8 MP ultra-wide angle lens and a third unspecified 5 MP sensor.
The battery should be 5000 mAh with the support to fast charging at 120W (as for the big brother Redmi K50 Gaming). Finally, it seems very likely that Redmi K50 will arrive on the market equipped with the MIUI 13 based on Android 12.
When does it arrive and how much does it cost?
Second Bestopediathe launch of the smartphone should be imminent (between the end of March and the beginning of April) with a price that indicatively should be between 25,000 and 30,000 Indian rupees (between 295 and 355 € approximately at the exchange rate).
We look forward to when this will actually be presented Redmi K50, aware of the fact that, probably, in some markets (such as the European one) the smartphone will never arrive, at least with this name and surname. We will keep you updated on any developments.
