The start of sales of Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra it will officially take place tomorrow. Meanwhile, around the world, the few users who have already received it have noticed a problem with graphic glitch which occurs when unlocking the device or playing YouTube videos.
The Twitter user @Golden_Reviewer has published a video that testifies to the appearance of one gray pixel line the moment you place your finger on the screen to unlock it. Mind you that the video is in slow motion, so the flicker is part of the shot: the problem is that one glitch at the top of the screen, exactly above the clock.
If you have an Exynos # GalaxyS22Ultra pls check if your device is affected by this bug, too.
(Notice the graphic glitches / artifacts on lock screen clock.)
Seems to be a widespread issue now.

The drawback is related to the setting of the maximum resolution (WQHD) and of Calibration / Natural color mode. The only way to avoid this at the moment is to disable these two options. In any case, Samsung is already aware of the problem and has announced that it will take action soon to fix it:
“We know that some Galaxy S22 Ultra devices have a pixelated line on the display when the customer uses YouTube or unlocks the device with their fingerprint. This problem may rarely occur when the user sets the WQHD device resolution and Natural screen mode.
We have already worked to develop a patch on the Galaxy S22 Ultra and will be releasing software updates to fix the problem soon. We recommend that you change the screen mode or resolution by selecting Vivid or FHD +. And please keep your devices updated with the latest software ”.
In fact, that reported isn’t the only disappointing aspect of the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Apparently, in fact, those who expected the Ultra to be a device worthy of the name it bears (ultra-performante) was forced to change his mind.
The version with Exynos 2200 has been negatively rated by several American users. THE reviewer overseas have defined it laggy (“Slow”) e stuttery (“Stutterer”) in absolutely common situations of use, as the video below demonstrates:
As for my first impressions of the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra with the Exynos 2200… so far, it’s not good. It’s so laggy, and I had the same experience when I set it up completely fresh without restoring my apps, too.
This is shockingly bad. https://t.co/7Rid3cUJjN pic.twitter.com/iXdRPeAlfC
