OnePlus’ 2022 began with the launch of the OnePlus 10 Pro, which took place in China at the beginning of the month, and with the presentation of the mid-range OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G a couple of weeks ago (here our review). A leak revealed that OnePlus is working on a new mysterious smartphone of which the key specifications have been reported.
This new smartphone from OnePlus will be equipped with the unprecedented SoC Dimensity 8100 of MediaTek which, in accordance with what was revealed on Twitter by the account Digital Chat Stationshould feature an octa-core CPU (4 x A78 + 4 x A55), with Mali G610 MC6 GPU and 5nm manufacturing process.
The key specs of the mysterious OnePlus smartphone
The new OnePluspushed, as mentioned, by the SoC MediaTek Dimensity 8100will be equipped with a display OLED 6.7 ”with front camera set inside a circular hole positioned in the center of the status bar.
The photographic sector will be characterized by the presence of the sensor Sony IMX766 from 50 MP in main camera quality.
The smartphone may be equipped with a 4500 mAh and should support the fast charging as far as 120 W.
No further specifications are revealed nor the nickname (or internal name) that this smartphone will have; there is however a possibility that this could be one of the OnePlus 10 series smartphones for the Chinese market.
Furthermore, it is impossible not to notice how the leaked specifications of this mysterious OnePlus smartphone are very similar (if not identical) to those of another smartphone in the OPPO world, namely the Realme GT Neo 3whose data sheet was leaked a few days ago.
To know the remaining specifications of this mysterious smartphone OnePlus, we just have to wait and understand if and when the Chinese brand will launch this new smartphone on the market; or to rely on the next leak that could reveal everything in preview.
