A few hours after the first alleged images relating to Google Pixel 7, here is Steve Hemmestoffer, better known as @OnLeaksshowed the first images of the Google Pixel 7 Pro in exclusive collaboration with Smartprix. These are renderings made by the well-known leaker and based on the information in its possession, sufficient to show us what the new Google flagship could look like.
Google Pixel 7 Pro, an evolving design
The design of Pixel 7 Pro, which you can see on the cover and inside the article, as well as in the video at the end of the page, show an evolution compared to the model currently on the market, without however abandoning this year’s choices. In the front it would find a place, second @OnLeaksone 6.7 / 6.8 inch screen, with QHD + resolution and curved edgeswith a single hole at the top to accommodate the front camera.
Small innovations at the rear, where the photographic insert that covers the entire width of the smartphone remains. This time though the insert merges with the side frame, thus becoming an integral part of the structurea more elegant solution that recalls what was seen in the past on some competing smartphones.
Apparently, the double color of the back cover also remains, one of the most characteristic elements of the Pixel 6 series, while in the lower part there is the USB Type-C connector and a pair of speakers. The choices for the frame are traditional, with the SIM trolley on the left side and the volume keys on the right, together with the power / unlock key.
As for the photographic sector, the three sensors already seen on Pixel 6 Pro remain, although there are no details on their composition. In all likelihood, however, we will find, in addition to the main sensor, a sensor with an ultra wide-angle lens and a periscope zoom. Also present a couple of additional sensors (one of which should be the brightness one) and a microphone.
The approximate dimensions of the device should be 163 x 76.6 x 8.7mm, with the thickness rising to 11.2mm at the photo module. It therefore seems that Google has decided to keep a line with the past, without upsetting the designinstead focusing on an evolution capable of maintaining the characteristics that have made the current series appreciated.
However, there is a lot of missing from the presentation of the new smartphones, which should take place during the autumn, so there will be time to find out if the design will be further refined or if there will be more substantial changes.
