two new smartphones ready to debut

New smartphones from the brands are expected to be launched in the coming weeks LITTLE And Redmi which will further enrich the huge catalog of smartphones at home Xiaomi. Among the new arrivals is the still unpublished POCO M4 Pro 4G, device already the protagonist of some leaks in recent days. It should also be noted that on the launch pad there is also the Redmi 10A.

Both smartphones should be ready for March. The two devices will arrive on the global market and, therefore, could also carve out their space in the European range of their respective brands. Waiting for confirmations in this sense, let’s summarize what will be the technical specifications of the two POCO and Redmi projects arriving in the coming weeks.

POCO M4 Pro 4G: one more strength than the 5G variant

The new POCO M4 Pro 4G is the protagonist of a new leak today. Thanks to the insider Yogesh Brar, in fact, we can find out in preview what will be the specifics of the project. The smartphone can count on a 6.4-inch AMOLED display diagonally with 90 Hz refresh rate. It should be noted that the new M4 Pro in the 5G version, already made official by POCO, offers a display with an LCD panel. Curiously, therefore, the 4G version of the smartphone will be able to count on an extra gear, at least as regards the quality of the panel.

POCO M4 Pro 5G

To manage the operation of the smartphone we will find thel MediaTek Helio G96 SoC. As per tradition, the SoC will be coupled to various combinations of RAM and storage, based on the marketing market. The “top” version of the smartphone will be able to count on 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The battery will be a unit of 5,000 mAh with support for fast charging from 33 W.

To complete the technical data sheet of the new POCO M4 Pro 4G we will find one triple rear camera with a 64 megapixel main sensor, an 8 megapixel ultra-wide angle sensor and a 2 megapixel macro sensor. On the front there will be a 16 Megapixel camera integrated in the display hole, positioned centrally.

Precise details on the sensors are not yet available but, in all likelihood, the smartphone should offer sufficient but certainly not extraordinary photographic performance, in line with the medium-low range smartphones with which it will compete. Note, on the software side, the presence of Android 11 customized by MIUI 12.5.

Redmi 10A: it will be the new entry level of the brand

The new Redmi 10A will join the brand’s range over the next few weeks. The presentation and subsequent launch of the smartphone in China are scheduled for March. The device is also expected on the global market with a model number (220233L2G) already established. As for the data sheet, the new Redmi 10A will be able to count on a 6.53-inch display with HD resolution and IPS LCD panel.

The new entry level smartphone is confirmed by single rear camera, with 13 megapixel sensor, which will find space between the specifications. Note that the global version of the smartphone will have a (not very useful) 2 Megapixel sensor. The front camera will instead be 5 Megapixel. To manage the operation of the smartphone there will be an Octa-Core SoC with a maximum clock of 2 GHz. The model in question could be theHelio G25 but there is still no confirmation of this.

As per the Redmi tradition, the RAM and storage equipment will be very varied (from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 8 GB for RAM and from a minimum of 32 GB to a maximum of 256 GB for internal storage). The battery will be from 4,900 mAh with 10 W charging support. On the software side, the smartphone is expected to debut with Android 12 and MIUI 12.5. Among the specifications there will also be room for a fingerprint sensor.
