Windows 11, Microsoft is testing a watermark for unsupported PCs

Not all PCs support Windows 11, however, solutions have been found to circumvent the minimum requirements criterion. In this regard, however, Microsoft would be thinking of putting a watermark which will notify the user that his computer is not compatible with the latest version of the operating system. The watermark should appear at the bottom right. The novelty is contained in the Insider Preview Build 22557. In any case, it is not certain that the watermark will actually see the light.

Finally, here are the minimum requirements to be met to install Windows 11 on your PC:

  • Display: 9 inches 720p
  • CPU: dual-core 64-bit 1 GHz and above (here the complete list)
  • GPU: DirectX 12 / WDDM 2.x compatible
  • RAM: 4GB
  • Archiving: 64GB
  • Firmware: UEFI Secure Boot
  • Trusted Platform Module: TPM 2.0
