In addition to increasing the regenerative effectiveness of your ampoules thanks to Tears (guide here), in Elden Ring you can too strengthen the ampoule increasing the number of uses. To do this you will need the Golden Seeds, of the seeds of the Mother Tree which can be found anywhere in the game world near small branches of the golden tree. Once you have collected one, to increase the number of uses of the ampoule, just go to a place of grace and choose the related option. But be careful because after the first 3 upgrades you will need 2 Gold Seeds for the next and then 3 Gold Seeds. Below we show you where to find all the Elden Ring Gold Seeds.

ATTENTION: Some Gold Seeds can be found in specific dungeons or are obtained as a reward. Those suits are not marked on the following maps but are still marked as off-map.
Tomb: all the Golden Seeds
Gold Seed Off Map 1: It is located in the place from which you will start the adventure stuck in a dungeon behind the gray fog that must be removed using 2 Keys of the Stone Sword. The dungeon is quite difficult to deal with at the beginning, as well as the traps it contains and the final boss, I recommend you leave it for the more advanced stages.
Gold Seed Off Map 2: Directly below Sepulcride. This area can be reached using the lift to the Siofra river south of the place of grace “Third Marika Church”. The elevator is the building that is to the right of Witchwood, under the big tree drawn on the map. Once you get off, head north and then turn left onto the stone path. Watch out for the spirits in the area who manage to hit you with the bow even if you ride the Torrent quickly.

This is the area with the most Golden Seeds ever, especially inside the Capital where there are two spots free from bosses and reachable by Torrente where the Golden Seeds are even 2.
